Buying a Home?
Whether or not you’ve done it before, buying a home is always a big decision. I can help ensure that you find the right space for your needs. It’s my job; it’s also my passion.
Honesty. I will never offer you anything less than the whole truth. I thoroughly research the listings, using a buyer-matching program to find the homes that suit your budget and needs. And I’ll show you properties listed by any company, not just RE/MAX.
Integrity. I always work with your best interests in mind. I don’t put pressure on you to buy; I’m not interested in closing unless you’re completely satisfied with the place you’ve found. When we walk through homes together, I’ll highlight any potential issues, to keep you from spending good money on a bad investment.
Transparency. I will clearly explain the home buying process, breaking it down for you so there aren’t any surprises.
Convenience. At every step of the process, I’ll consider what works best for you. I’ll connect you with any other experts you may need during the home buying process, including home inspectors, mortgage officers and lawyers. I’ll ensure that no detail is overlooked, and that you are well taken care of.
Ottawa’s east end is a vibrant, thriving part of the city. Its neighbourhoods offer a range of living choices, including standalone homes, town homes, condominiums, semi-detached houses and more. The area boasts a wide selection of parks, schools and shopping districts, as well as plenty of options for entertainment and dining out.
East-enders enjoy access to some incredible natural spaces. The Greenbelt offers more than 20,000 hectares of open lands, wetlands and forests, and includes kilometer after kilometer of paved bike pathways. Other highlights include the beautiful Mer Bleue Bog and Stony Swamp Conservation Area. Just off Trim Road in Orleans, you’ll find Petrie Island, a choice destination for bird lovers and beachcombers – not to mention kayakers, picnickers and those looking for a sunset stroll (or early morning walk).
